Who we are

chattwin is a service provided by [COMPANY NAME], tax ID [TAX ID], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("chattwin", "we" or "us"). You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

These terms govern the use of the chattwin panel (chattwin.ai) and of the bots created with it. We ask you to accept them when you sign up and whenever we publish a new version. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What chattwin is

chattwin lets you create and set up an AI-powered Telegram bot (your "AI twin") that chats with your fans in the personality you give it, tells them when you go live and takes them to your room on Sugarcams or VipRoom.

Your bot always introduces itself as an AI: in its name, in its description and in its first message. It can't be set up to pretend to be a person.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You need your own profile on Sugarcams or VipRoom and a Telegram account.
• You log in with Telegram and give us your profile nickname. The chattwin team checks that the profile is yours before your bot can start talking to anyone. We may reject or revoke an account if we can't confirm it.

Your account is personal: don't share it or let anyone else log in for you.

Your bot and its personality

You decide how your bot talks by answering a questionnaire, and you can change it whenever you want. What you write there must be true and yours: don't use someone else's identity, phrases or image.

The AI writes each reply on the spot, from your settings and the conversation. Even with our limits and filters, it can make mistakes. Check what your bot says from time to time in the conversations inbox and adjust its personality if needed.

Your photos and videos

• Your bot only sends the photos and teasers you mark for the bot. Never anything you haven't selected.
• Teasers are 30 seconds long at most.
• The bot's profile photo and description are public on Telegram: no nudity or paid content.

By uploading content you confirm that:

• you hold all the rights to it;
• everyone who appears in it is an adult and has agreed to it being used this way;
• it doesn't break the law or the rules of Sugarcams, VipRoom or Telegram.

Conversations with your fans

• You can read your fans' conversations with your bot. We tell them before they start.
• You can join the chat and write yourself. While you're in, the fan knows and the AI stops replying; when you leave, they're told they're talking to your AI again.
• Phone numbers, emails, external links, usernames on other apps and payment details can't be shared or requested through the bot. To take a fan to your room, use the room button.
• Treat your fans with respect. Don't use the bot to harass, deceive or pressure anyone.

Alerts and messages to your fans

Your bot only sends live alerts and your messages to fans who asked for them, and anyone can stop them with one button. There are frequency limits so nobody gets too many messages.

Platform limits

On top of your settings, chattwin always applies its own limits. The bot ends any conversation about minors, lack of consent, violence or illegal activities, and you can't turn this off.

Prohibited uses

You may not use chattwin to:

• impersonate another person or profile;
• share illegal content, third-party content without permission or content showing minors;
• send spam or messages to people who didn't ask for them;
• try to get around the bot's limits, access other accounts' data or attack the service;
• push fans to pay or get in touch outside the platforms.

Availability and suspension

We work to keep the service running at all times, but we can't guarantee there will be no outages. We may pause the bots of a platform, a community or a specific account when needed for security or to comply with the law or the platforms' rules.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, and we'll tell you unless the law or other people's safety prevents it.

Price

Intellectual property

The chattwin brand, its mascot and the software belong to us. Your content, your stage name and your personality remain yours: you only allow us to use them as far as needed for your bot to work, while you have an account.

Liability

You are responsible for what you set up, upload and write. chattwin is responsible for providing the service with due care, but not for damage caused by use that breaks these terms or by third-party services (Telegram, Sugarcams or VipRoom). Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Leaving

You can stop using chattwin whenever you want: turn your bot off from the panel and email [CONTACT EMAIL] to close your account. The privacy policy explains which data we keep and for how long.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you open the panel. Minor corrections (typos, clarifications) don't change the version.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [CITY], unless the law entitles you to bring a claim elsewhere.
